New Revival: JeanRichard Highlands Sand Watch

Inspired by Peter Beard’s superb photographs, JeanRichard has now reinterpreted a new timepiece, named "Highlands Sand". This watch depicts the fantastic panorama of the African landscape.

The most apparent aspect of this Highlands Sand is the special design of the case, which is made up of sand-blasted stainless steel, along with the notched rotating bezel that allows a second time zone to be displayed. The dial is dyed by ecru, on it are the luminescent Arabic numerals and indexes, as well as black hands with luminescent material, offering excellent readability in even the darkest conditions. An eye-catching red tip is at the end of the chronograph hand. A small square date window sits at 3 o’clock.

Saphire crystal caseback is locked by 4 serews, which reveals the JeanRichard movement JR1000 self-winding. The 100 m water-resistance piece is worn on a fabric strap featuring a folding safety buckly perfectly adapted to the lifestyle with which it is associated.
